Repeat,

  1. I breathe in fully and out completely knowing I am safe in this moment to allow the Creator’s loving, healing energy to surround my mind and heart.
  2. I relax my shoulders.  
  3. I breathe in fully and out completely allowing this loving energy to rise above my fears, doubts or uncertainties…I am safe.
  4. I relax my hands and feet.
  5. I breathe in fully and out completely embracing this healing energy of love and light flowing through me…I am grateful.
  6. I relax and release all my tension. 
  7. I breathe in fully and out completely affirming in this moment of gratitude, I am calm and peaceful.
