How committed are we to self-care?   Respond to the following 3 questions and find out:

  1.  Are we present and aware of our internal conversations or do we allow our default mode conversations to take over?
  2.  When needed, are we sending ourselves healing words of comfort, understanding and kindness or are our words harsh, blaming and critical?
  3.  Are we more empathetic and compassionate to others than to ourselves?

Self-care in the forms of compassion and kindness are not options,  they are necessities to your well-being.
