Everyday tasks can be stressful.   Research links living continually stressed, in a hyper-vigilant state,  breaks down our immune system causing us to be more susceptible to illness and disease.  To prevent depleting physically, emotionally and mentally from our everyday obligations, have self-care practice.

A self-care practice can be as easy as a warm bath, a cool shower or a stroll in the park connecting with nature.   Nature is nurturing and so is self-care.  It does not matter how, what or when we choose to self-care, what matters is taking the time to self-care.

Life can be stressful.  If you believe this, then start today to practice self-care and create a stronger you.
