Like a computer needing regular updates, our thought processes need regular check-ups and purging.   So, if you are ready, but don’t know where to start,  the following 2 steps can help:

  • Get into your closet and identify your impulse purchases.  Impulsive buying tends to fill our voids.  Perhaps there’s an old file labeled I’m not ____ that needs to be deleted – LOOK.
  • Identify your inner conflicts and examine the whys behind them.   LISTEN to your reasons they are telling.  When you hear yourself saying, I want to_____BUT I _______PAUSE.

Could today be the day to begin your check-up from the neck-up, purging the old and making room for the new?
