How many times will we allow ourselves to be bound by the emotions of disappointment and self judgment because we choose not to let them go? Or, how many times will we continue to think lack and limitations only to find ourselves sinking deeper and deeper into the rabbit hole of want? And, how many times will we have to say enough is enough before changing our not so good habits – 1 more time, 4 more times, 10 more times…..forever? When is enough, enough for you?
When will we be willing and ready to allow this day be the day we stop self-judgment and replace it with self-compassion, stop stepping into the rabbit holes and find another path, stop focusing on what we don’t have and be grateful for what we do have?
