How low do we want to go? When we find negative thinking taking us down thought by thought what do we do?
The following are two strategies to consider:
- Change your physiology, stretch, jump, stand, run in place, etc. Changing our physical bodies interrupts stinking thinking.
- Ask questions, what time is it, what time is it in one hour, where am I, etc. Our mind can only think of one thing at a time. Questions create pattern interrupts and a pattern interrupt stops negative thoughts.
