How low do we want to go?   When we find negative thinking taking us down thought by thought what do we do?

The following are two strategies to consider:

  1. Change your physiology, stretch, jump, stand, run in place, etc.  Changing our physical bodies interrupts stinking thinking.
  2. Ask questions, what time is it, what time is it in one hour, where am I, etc.   Our mind can only think of one thing at a time.   Questions create pattern interrupts and a pattern interrupt stops negative thoughts.

Or, you can decide how low do you want to go.
