Want peace and relaxation?  Let go of yesterday and the to-dos of tomorrow.   When we do not focus on NOW, the present, we are living in a state of flux – one foot here, one thought there, not here, not there.

Master Teachers from Jesus to Buddha, etc., have written – give no thought for tomorrow, for tomorrow is uncertain to all;  let go of yesterday for no one walks into a new room without leaving the old one behind.  In the movie Way of the Peaceful Warrior, the main character is taught how to remain focused on the present moment by asking himself the following three questions:

  • Where are you?   HERE
  • What time is it      NOW
  • What are you?     THIS MOMENT

Want peace and calm?  Live in the present and become the peace and calm you seek.
