Check in from your heart not your head and ask, ‘how am I doing?’

  • Am I focusing on what I don’t have, or what I want, or think I need and attracting more of the same into existence?
  • Am I saying what I think others want to hear, not what I really mean then hold them accountable when I am misunderstood?
  • Are the boundaries I set up keeping others out, or were they set up to keep me locked into beliefs that no longer work?
  • Am I living a masquerade pretending to be OK when I’m not?

Check in, and the truth will set you free.
