Looking for happiness, cast aside your worries and look to nature. A palm tree is not concerned when the storms are raging but is steadfast, flexible and assured by its roots grounded to Mother Earth. And, look at the birds, they are not stressed out, worrying about food, water or shelter. They believe the things need will be provided and it is.
Mark Twain said it so eloquently, “I am an old man and have known a great many troubles, but most of them never happened.”
We are at choice, we can believe that everything will be alright in the end, remain steadfast and grounded or worry if rains will stop and the sun shine again, a volcano erupting, the car not starting, traffic jams, and more. Decide your fate, will you choose to be perpetually worried about your life or perpetually happy because you are alive?
