Our  attitude and labels toward this or that determines how we feel about conditions and experiences.    Think of a wanted or unwanted situation and listen to the evidence gathered in your thoughts and words.

A simple shift in attitude, that is turning away from the condition, changes the experience.   An experience is an experience and a condition is a condition.  We decide what labels to give them and we choose this as good or that as bad.    By recognizing labels as our feelings  and  not who we are – spirit beings having human experiences – we rise above any experience or condition.

When we understand and accept nothing in this life is permanent, we shift our attitude knowing there is a beginning, middle and end to all things.  And, the only thing we have is in the NOW!
