We are at choice.   When we decide to live a happy life we find things to smile at, identify people, places and things to be grateful for, release toxic thoughts about yesterday, affirm our truth and experience our full potential.

  • Today, I AM happy and grateful to end yesterday’s story so I can create a new story today.
  • Today, I AM happy and grateful to have this present moment and breathe.
  • Today, I AM happy and grateful for________.

The power to live a happy life is to decide to live a happy life and what/how we decide, will be.
