People will not change because we are holding feelings of resentment, anger, disappointments, and the like.  What will change is us and can be seen physically and felt emotionally.

When we forgive and let go we change our thoughts.  When we change our thoughts, our feelings change.  When our feelings change our actions change and when our actions change we no longer carry yesterday’s baggage filled with hurts, regrets, etc.

The calamity of the human mind is identifying with yesterday’s dis-ease so often that we can’t see the dawn of a new day with ease.
