We live in a world that encourages us to be in our heads, constantly thinking and doing.   We multitask most of our day, walking and talking on our cell phones, eating and thinking of our to do list.

When we live mindful, we live from the heart and not from the head.  We take time to smell the flowers,  smile at a stranger intending to make their day and laugh with our inner child.   It is said, the privilege of a lifetime is to become who we truly are – spirit beings having human experiences.
