What can we do when challenged by the drama of others; when tempted to react to their words and actions?
Avoiding drama and our reactions are not easy but possible when we choose to be an observer. An observer steps outside negative emotions choosing not to embrace them. The observer compassionately looks and sees people, places and things on their soul journey. An observer knows they are not called to walk the journey of another.
As we become more comfortable with this practice, we easily let go and respond to the drama’s of life with understanding and peace.
